As Han Yuan grew older, the wound gradually festered and spread to his legs, and when he was weak, he was unable to walk normally, and his feet were in severe pain as soon as he hit the ground, so he had to rely on crutches to walk.

The picture turned again, this time it was a richly dressed rich man, looking at what he was wearing, it seemed to be a person from the previous dynasty, the son was evil, all evil, the well is now full of its bad deeds, Han Yuan also gritted his teeth, then the picture turned to a city god temple, the sky was pouring rain, the rich boy was sheltering from the rain in the temple with two servants, at this time a woman came in, also came to shelter from the rain, although the clothes were plain, but it was difficult to hide the dusty posture, with bright eyes and bright teeth, very beautiful, the rich boy suddenly became lustful, light woman, woman did not obey, resisted to the death, but how could he be able to defeat the power of one master, two servants and three people, and was tragically defiled。

After the incident, in order to prevent the woman from reporting to the official, the rich boy did not stop doing anything, beat the woman to death with a stone, and asked the servants to fall the stone on the woman's feet and throw it into a well next to the City God Temple, and then left in the rain, and after a short time, a black snake climbed up from the well, with a cold eye, and crawled towards the direction where the rich son left.

The monk knew what he was going to do, and said: "The impetuous heart will be extremely irritable, and the mood of anxiety, panic, and dissatisfaction will occupy the whole brain, and when it is in this bad state, it is very easy to lose control, and it will inevitably endanger the people around you, so the most difficult thing for people to do is to control their emotions." ”

This kind of negative emotion can be summed up as the word resentment, which is the anger in "greed, hatred, and ignorance". Buddhism believes that resentment towards others or things that go against one's wishes will cause mental effects such as anger and uneasiness in the minds and bodies of sentient beings, and therefore regard anger as the great enemy of spiritual practice. ”

If Xie Baoshu wanted to bring the female ghost with him, he couldn't have any resentment.

Because once you have resentment, it will aggravate the resentment of the female ghost, and in this way, it will be even more powerful.

How to resolve the resentment in our hearts? The Buddhist scriptures say that we should "see through and let go." ”

What can you see? Diamond Sutra: "Everything has a way. Like a dream bubble. Like dew, it is like electricity. It should be viewed as such. ”

All phenomena made up of conditions are illusory, like dream bubbles, like dew and lightning, and the world should be viewed in this way. Only when you see through the essence of "emptiness" can you let go. What is let go is selfishness, fame and profit, greed, hatred, ignorance, and indulgence, rather than letting go of everything.

If a person lets go of everything, he will have nothing in his heart, nothing in his heart, let alone a little resentment.

Bodhi has no tree, the mirror is not a platform, there is nothing originally, where is the dust", everywhere is the pure land lotus, there is no obstacle. Zen Buddhism has a saying that "the big is hidden in the city, and the small is hidden in the forest".

That is to say, the mind is not attached, the body is unattached, and no matter what environment you live in, you are free.

The poor mountains and rivers of the mountains and forests, the poisonous insects and beasts, cannot bother you. The hustle and bustle of the city, people coming and going, can not let the heart be shaken.

Yang Qi has energy in itself, but it cannot be retained, it is always in motion, and Yin Qi itself has no energy, but it can store energy. After the yin energy absorbs the yang energy, it will also have its own energy, and the yang energy will no longer be turbulent after being absorbed by the yin energy, and its energy can be slowly released. In this way, it will be easy to do, and it can be used by all things.

People live under the sky and above the earth, and it is said in the "Neijing" that life is in "qi intercourse". What people "inhale" is the yang energy of the sky, and what "eats" in is the yin energy of the earth. The yin and yang of heaven and earth here are already the yin and yang of the day after tomorrow, otherwise it is easy to understand and deviate when talking about innate yin and yang later. This acquired yin and yang is water and fire. Traditional Chinese medicine often says that the ancients used water and fire to establish the pole, which is this acquired yin and yang.

Innate yin and yang are the universe, and this friend who has studied the Book of Changes knows it. Innate yin and yang is "pure qi rises, and the accumulation of yang is the sky", which is the Qiangua, and "turbidity descends, and the accumulation of yin is the earth", which is the kun hexagram. Innate yin and yang are the universe. Here Qiankun is pure yang and pure yin.

In the human body, water and fire are the kidneys and the heart, the heart is the fire, and the kidneys are water. The heart is the heaven of the human body, and the water is the earth of the human body.

The weather and the earth's atmosphere, these two, into the human body, combined is the essence of the human body. Therefore, human diet, after digestion and absorption, becomes a subtle substance, which is transported to Shangjiao, and combined with the "heavenly yang qi" absorbed by the lungs, it forms the essence of the human body. In addition to supplying the body with this part of the "essence", the excess essence will be stored in the kidneys. Therefore, it is said in the Neijing that "the kidney is hidden by the essence of the five organs", and the kidney is the great warehouse of the essence of the human body.

In the "Neijing" Yin and Yang should be like the great treatise, it is said, "Water is yin, fire is yang." Yang is the air, and the yin is the taste. "Yang Qi enters the human body through the nose, and Earth Qi enters the human body through the mouth. So one is indispensable. If you don't breathe, you will die, and if you don't eat, you will have problems. The nose can smell the smell, and this belongs to the weather. The tongue can taste it, and this belongs to the earth.

This essence is the basis of the human body's vital activities. Without spirit, man dies. When a person dies, he has no spirit. Then there is no essence, often because of the "lack of yin", as long as the yin is still there, it can be combined with yang qi to produce essence. And Yang Qi is all over the space, and Yang Qi will not lose at any time in nature. As long as a person has true yin, he can absorb yang energy and transform it into his own energy.
