The earth immortal is a realm of retreat.

Everything in nature is the cause of initiation. If you are amazed by the gods, you will be in all things, and if you are in all things, you will be greedy, and if you are greedy, you will be troubled, and you will be troubled in your delusions, and you will be troubled in your body and mind. He was humiliated, wandered and died, often sinking into the sea of suffering, and never lost his truth. It can be seen that if the mind is not cultivated, it will be like a wasteland, which will be overgrown and incorrigible if no one cultivates it for a long time.

For monks in the spiritual world, although there are differences between people, the body and mind are roughly the same. There is not much difference between what you think, what you think, and what you feel. If you speculate about Taoist things with a thoughtful heart, it is obvious that outsiders speculate on the situation inside the door, and it will never be possible to figure it out. And the people who enter are the real and quiet people. The mind of anxiety has been removed, and there is no such thing as speculation. Therefore, the separation of one door is really two worlds.

Therefore, the door of entry is not a visible door, not a visible door, but an invisible door. Everything outside the door is worldly, and everything inside the door is quiet. This gate can be called the "Gate of Tranquility".

There is a saying in Daomen, "The heart of the heart is dead, and the heart of the Tao is alive". To enter the Tao does not mean to put on Taoist clothes and practice kung fu. The word "Qingjing" is the foundation of Taoism. There is a common problem with these practices of rushing for quick success and quick gain, that is, they despise the cultivation of the mind and ignore the cultivation of the mind.

They don't know the importance of mind training, and they don't know what benefits they can ultimately gain from mind training. When I see a little bit of interest in front of me, I think it is the avenue, and I do not hesitate to pursue it with all my efforts, and I will not regret it until I die.

Throughout the ages, countless seekers have been deluded by these, and they will not be able to enter the gate of the Great Dao after all. With a heart full of utilitarianism and impetuousness, to maintain health, to refine qi, to cultivate Neidan, to channel the gods, to become famous, to collect wealth. Such an act is far away from the purpose of the Taoist Gate of "quiet and inaction", not only can not realize the Tao and educate the society, but it makes the Dao more and more dim and unclear.

Don't you know that the Tao Te Ching says: "Happiness and bait, passing by stops." The exit of the Tao is tasteless, it is not enough to see, it is not enough to hear, and it is impossible to use it. "It's impossible to see immediate results. Everyone can achieve instant tranquility, but few people can do it.

It is also impossible to achieve true clarity and tranquility, but not see any tangible effect over the years. pass through

Years of pursuing tranquility but without success, can only show one point, not to achieve true tranquility!

There is no clever shortcut to learning the Tao, and the only shortcut is to cultivate the mind. The wonder of learning the Tao does not lie in wealth and fame, but in the fact that through continuous accumulation of merits, the mind becomes gradually stable from manic and uncertain, and gradually realizes the reality in the tranquility from the stability.

So my heart became very fulfilling. Although I didn't get anything, my heart became very full, down-to-earth, and confident. Things outside the heart, such as health, wealth, wealth, fame, and so on, are becoming lighter and lighter in one's heart, and even life and death are put out of the way, and only the heart is quiet and untainted.

Xie Baoshu Now, if he wants to reach the realm of earth immortals, he must be enlightened.

Don't talk about other external things, just talk about your own body, even if you have a high level of cultivation, there are times when you feel unwell. However, no matter what the circumstances, the mind is always quiet. From the tranquility of my heart, I have found real satisfaction. This is the beauty of learning. Moreover, this mind is quiet, and the body has also changed, and the jade liquid and gold liquid are in it, so why should they covet all kinds of things in society?

When you do it, you will enter the gate of the avenue. The edifying effect of Taoism on society is gradually realized in the process of pursuing tranquility. Because the mind is calm, there are no selfish desires and distractions in the heart, and one's own behavior is naturally correct. Subtly, your thoughts and actions will have an impact on the people around you and the people around you. There is no need for special preaching, and there is no need to do anything special, just to pursue one's own tranquility, and the effect of educating society will naturally be achieved.

"Taixiao Lang Book of Books" says: "Pedestrian avenue, called Taoist." What is the reason for the scholar, and the matter is also. The body and mind are reasonable, only the Tao is followed, and the Tao is the thing, so it is called the Taoist.

This realm is also related to the Daomen.

It is very important to regard believing in the "Tao", cultivating the "Tao", and practicing the "Tao" as the ultimate goal of life, and the content and characteristics of the life of Taoist priests are determined by this.

The Taoist Gate pursues the realm of "harmony with the Tao" in complete harmony and unity between the spirit and the body, and the person who specializes in practicing "supernatural powers" is a warlock, not a Taoist priest, and the way of deviating from the avenue and specializing in supernatural powers is called "side door".

Since we have chosen to believe in the Tao, we must put aside the psychology of taking advantage of small advantages, whether it is the law of entering the WTO or the law of birth, there is no such thing as getting something for nothing. Taoism is a pragmatic religion, and in order to obtain the glory and wealth of the world, one must aspire to attain, be self-reliant, and strive to achieve the goal.

If you want to live without disease and prolong your life, you must practice and transform your destiny. Taoism has a variety of methods that are suitable for all kinds of root beings. All sentient beings will be able to practice according to it

Avenue of Achievement.

But cultivation does not require everyone to eat fasting and chant sutras, and meditate behind closed doors, any practice method is a road, the road is at the foot, and if you don't want to go, the gods can't do anything. Only by practicing and experiencing by yourself will it be effective.

Instead of relying on cultivation and accumulating good deeds to transform one's fate, but only burning incense to ask for the blessing of the gods on the first and fifteenth days of the Lunar New Year and festivals, or telling fortunes and divining fortunes about one's own fortune, this is not what orthodox Taoism teaches people to do, and it is not easy to achieve satisfactory results.

The Tao respects the Tao and virtue, the Tao is the master of the universe, and the "virtue" is the external expression. Daomen abstractly expresses the Tao, and the body is self-cultivation and success, and believes that inaction is the upper virtue, and the future is the lower virtue.

"De" is interpreted as "gain" and "merit", such as the traditional ideas of filial piety, loyalty, faithfulness, courtesy, and righteousness advocated by Chinese Confucianism, all of which fall under the category of virtue. Tao and virtue are like clothes, complementing each other.

The Tao is a real existence, but also a universal law, people to do the way of non-action to govern the country and the people, to govern the body with the way of self-discipline, the way of self-discipline, the way of self-cultivation, with the way of deep roots to prolong life can live forever, this is inseparable from the assistance of virtue.

Virtue is the foundation of the Tao, and to achieve enlightenment, it is necessary to accumulate merit.

Yu Zhen was silent for a long time, so he took the white horse to the top of the stone cave behind the view, and said: "This Zeng Huangxian Master is concentrating on the cultivation place. The so-called understanding of the mysteries of heaven and earth can be natural, and you can use this to create it!"

The white horse thanked Yu Zhen and went down to the stone cave. "Yes!" The white horse listened to Yu Zhen's teachings, and invited the barbarian into the wing room with a portable basket. I saw the barbarian take off his hat and throw it away, and the hat was fixed on the wall, so he slowly took off his back and hung it firmly on the head of the hat.

Seeing this, the white horse also took out a cup of tea from the basket, put it on the table, and gave the barbarian: "Please use tea!" The barbarian sat at the table, picked up the tea, drank it with his head up, and felt a "whoosh", but before the tea reached his mouth, he spilled his whole body - it turned out that the teacup was bottomless.

The barbarian was stunned: "Although I can 'forbid', he can 'forbid liquid'." Then he turned his anger into laughter: "For my brother to miss, see the laughter, see the laughter ......" suddenly rolled his eyes, and said with a smile: "My clothes are soaked, try to turn the table and chair outside, and sit and dry." The white horse salutes the barbarian: "Please take a seat!"

"How can 'whistling' be better than 'howling'?" The barbarian was frightened, so he paused and said: "The contemptible people immediately realized that in the year of the great famine, the hungry people are starving and dying, and the noble view of charity is limited, so I should go home and support myself." The next day, Yu Zhen asked Baima: "Recently, the food in the temple has been increasing day by day, why is there enough rice and grain?" Bai Ma replied: "The disciple has a glimpse of the stone cave on the other side of the Yuan River, which is also the nest of Jiang bandits, and there is a lot of grain stored in the cave. Every day at midnight, thieves poured out of their nests. The disciple waited for the opportunity to cross the river, climbed to the cave, and retrieved the food needed in the view!"

"What belongs to the people is returned to the people, and it should be the right way, but I am afraid that it will ......"

"But what are you afraid of?" Bai Ma asked when he saw that he really wanted to speak.

Yu Zhen was worried: "Last night, the ancestor dreamed of me, the cave thieves on the other side of the Yuanjiang River, all of them are thousand-year-old snail demons, their nature does not change, every time they ride the wind out, they rob in groups, causing the people on both sides of the Yuanjiang River to be ravaged. Yesterday, I found that the grain and rice robbed in the cave were blunt, and its demon head came straight to my view, deliberately making trouble, suffering from not seeing physical evidence, and also afraid of your 'forbidden howling' method, so he returned in a hurry. I am afraid that it will become worse in the future and harm the people. ”

When Bai Ma heard this, he immediately begged: "In order to save the people on the riverbank, I will send my disciples to subdue this group of demons, and I hope that the master will grant permission." ”

"No, no!" Yu Zhen shook his head: "The ancestor said, the ox runs with the wind, and the horse runs in the opposite direction, so it can confront each other, so it is said that 'the wind and the horse and the cow are not in time.'" I suppose that the demon who subdues the snail will be the man of the horse. ”

The white horse knelt on his knees: "Master, the apprentice's life belongs to the horse, and before my mother gave birth to me, I also dreamed that the horse entered the house......"

Yu Zhen hurriedly picked up the white horse with both hands: "In this way, it is not in vain to subdue the snail demon. The responsibility of eliminating violence and peace has to fall on your shoulders!" Bai Ma nodded frequently.

That night, a furious storm raged, and suddenly heavy rain poured. The white horse came to Yu Zhen, held out the "Forbidden Howling Sutra" with both hands, and said: "The disciple will go to subdue the demon, and the amount will be more auspicious." I will return the scriptures to the master, and I also look at the master and apprentice in the view, don't think of me...... "The white horse bid farewell to the truth, resolutely turned around, fought against the wind and rain, and walked away.

After Bai Ma left, Yu Zhen opened the "Forbidden Howling Sutra", only to see a few pages at the back of the book, which was also added by Bai Ma: "The two ways of 'Forbidden Howling' are the sublimation of natural laws, and they are also the ultimate in the concept of Kesheng. However, in addition to the shellfish demons, it is necessary to 'forbid' its shell, 'howling' its body organs, so that the dead body does not attach to the shell, and then it will die. And the caster will lose his vitality, and he will also violate the precept of killing, and he will end up with the end of the ......."

After reading it, old tears flowed. He hurriedly climbed up to the high pavilion in the view, but saw the other side of the Yuan River, a burst of light flickered, and after piercing the clouds and cracking stones, it was a quiet night. Yu Zhen leaned on the railing and looked at it until the early morning of the next day, too

I didn't see the white horse returning. It's just that from now on, there will be no more demons and bandits in the Dongting Yuanshui Domain.

Taoism also believes that through cultivation, one can achieve a state of unity with the heavens, and can travel freely inside and outside the universe, without eating grains, sucking wind and drinking dew, and the skin is like snow, immortal.

When people have disasters, they can respond to their needs and help them free themselves from suffering and misfortune, so that they can achieve the spiritual realm of immortality and the purpose of cultivation. Therefore, longevity and long-term vision is one of the unique doctrinal ideas of Taoism, and it is the theoretical basis of the immortal world.

Many palaces and places of interest are open to tourism, modern people's rhythm of life is tense, work pressure, quiet down and close eyes to meditate, for a long time of mental tension of people to provide a good way to rest and relax.

God is all beings, and the most important purpose of meditation is to find one's nature in meditation. And the key to meditation is to refine the mind, when the mind is clear, that is, the time of enlightenment, and the benefits of meditation are mainly to close the door.

The fame, profit, competitiveness, seven emotions and six desires that we face in the spiritual world are all resolved in the process of meditation. The heart is not moved by the spirit of self-solidity, the mind is not moved by the spirit of the spirit, the sense of silence and immobility is extremely quiet, the heart is at peace and quiet, the body and mind can be isolated from the world, and the wonder of the supernatural is born.

Many people believe that meditation leads to the realization of one's true nature. Of course, it is also a healthy attitude for practitioners to meditate with ideals, but what is nature? The mind is extinguished, and the mind is extinguished. All laws have a "Tao" nature.

Human beings, like things, have their own nature. When one's own nature is the same as the Tao, then one's self-nature is enlightened, otherwise it is lost. There are many interactions between people and society, and each behavior is a manifestation of nature. Since people are often blinded by emotions, their daily actions will not be purely physical. The seven natures, six desires, greed, hatred, and ignorance hide the nature, and the five colors, five sounds, and five flavors can make the nature run outside, and the nature revealed by the behavior is no longer the original sufficient nature, so it is far away from the avenue.

Meditation can be healthy, but the nature can only be manifested in the daily training, if it is manifested in the daily training

Far from one's nature, even if one occasionally achieves the goal of "attaining the ultimate level of emptiness and keeping quiet" for a moment in his or her mind, it is futile, and the practitioner still does not realize the path. Meditation and retreat should be combined with daily life and work, and one should not be mistaken for thinking that one can attain "Tao" immortality by meditating alone. Daily life is the best touchstone for a cultivator, and consciousness must be sublimated from continuous running-in, even if he lives in a temple and faces the wall for nine years, he still can't deal with and answer many ordinary disputes.

The solemnity of the palace view, the morning bell and the dusk drum are like the call of the gods. The Rite of Confession Immortal Sutra is also like the ancestor coming to the altar, the master's advice is in the ear, and there is the gaze of the eyes...... All of this can set up a dreamy bubble, and in turn you have to face the heavy burden of spiritual chores, religious and social responsibilities in reality.

Xie Baoshu was out of the customs, and he walked in front of Master Tongming with a refreshing fan.

Master Tongming looked at him and smiled slightly: "Yu has a treasure jade, hidden in his heart." It is also like a pearl, illuminating the emptiness of eternity. Ignorance comes with jade, and wears it galloping between the avenues of heaven and earth, walking alone in the world, not for the afterlife, but for encountering Yu and turning into dust. ”

Xie Baoshu had a realization in his heart.

Where is the icy hope of the dawn, and the lonely walk alone in the dark and boundless night. The rain soaked in the wind without stars and moons, the jungle had eighteen bends, the mud kissed the creeping limbs deeply, the heavy wheezing shot out the eyes of the laser pillars, the valley where the grave stood obliquely in the shadow of death, the crows sang on the dead trees, the owls watched brightly, there was not a single insect chirping, sighing, the demon blocked the demon, the demon stopped the demon, the Buddha also killed the Buddha, the Bodhisattva appeared to be hammered to the ground by a stick, and walked to the desolate place A deep place called the Longevity Corridor, the ancients were not seen before and the comers were not seen, the world was alone and wept, and a moment of rest continued to look for the way home.

He has entered the realm of earth immortals.
