(46) Trapezius injury

Most of the disease occurs unilaterally, and a few have bilateral onset. The affected shoulder has soreness, tightness and other discomfort, a few people radiate to the same upper limb, and some people have headache, dizziness, tinnitus, dizziness and other symptoms. Acute injuries can be caused by one-time whiplash injuries, such as sudden braking, falls, collisions, etc.; Stiff neck patients often have acute injury to the trapezius muscle. Patients with chronic injuries have a slow onset and often develop the disease due to traction of the trapezius muscle due to long-term shoulder loads; Multiple acute injuries, long-term desk work, and feeling cold are also causes and triggers of chronic injuries. Most patients have a tilted head toward the affected side, local tenderness, and muscle tension. In patients with chronic injury, cord-like reactants may be palpable at the base of the neck or on the scapula.
