Article 18 The game begins
18.1 For all matches, the team with the highest team in the order book (the home team) shall have the right to choose the basket and team seat.
This selection should be communicated to the referee at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the match.
18.2 Prior to the 1st and 3rd quarters, teams have the right to prepare for the game in the half of their opponent's basket.
18.3 In order to play the third quarter, the team shall exchange baskets.
18.4 If a team has less than 5 players on the pitch preparing for the match, the match cannot start.

・In a jumping ball, the ball is legally slapped by a jumping player.
・In the case of a penalty kick, the referee places the ball in the position of the penalty taker to be handled.

19.2 balls become dead balls when:
・When hitting a basket with any shot or free throw.

・The ball clearly does not go into the basket during a free throw, and the free throw is followed by:
--When another (multiple) free throw.

--24 seconds after the device signal sounds.
19.3 A score is scored if the ball does not reach a dead ball if:
・When the ball of the shot is flying, the referee blows the whistle or the match clock or the 24-second device signal.
・When the ball of a penalty kick is in flight and the referee blows the whistle for a violation of any rule other than the penalty taker.
・A foul by an opposing player occurs while a player is still in control of the ball, and he completes the continuous shooting motion that he started before the foul occurs. (Rule revision: "The opposing player fouled him" is now changed to "The opposing player fouled")
Article 20 Position of Players and Coaches
20.1The position of a team member is determined by the ground he is touching.
When a team member jumps in the air, he maintains the same position he had when he last touched the ground.
This includes the boundary, centerline, 3-point line, free throw line, and the line that demarcates the free throw area.
20.2 The position of a referee is determined in the same way as the position of a player. When the ball touches the referee, it touches the ground where the referee is located.
Article 21 Jump Ball
21.1 Definitions
21.1.1 In any circle of the pitch, a jump ball occurs when the referee tosses the ball between any two players of the opposing team.
21.1.2 Scrums are over when one or more players of each team hold the ball so firmly with one or both hands that either player cannot gain possession without rough manoeuvres.
21.2 Provisions
21.2.1 At the beginning of a quarter or tiebreaker, the jump ball shall be played in the centre circle between any two players of the opposing team.
21.2.2 When a scrum is called, or when a foul is awarded and the result is a jump ball, a jump ball shall be played in the nearest circle between two players of the opposing team involved.
If two or more players are involved in a scrum, the ball shall be jumped between two players of the opposing team at approximately the same height, as designated by the referee.
21.2.3 In any case (except in clauses 21.2.l or 21.2.2 above) (including when a live ball rests on the basket stand), the game shall be restarted by a jumping ball between any two players of the opposing team in the nearest circle.
When a jump ball occurs, the two opposing players must be on the court.
21.2.4 When the nearest circle of the jump ball cannot be determined, the jump ball shall be held in the center circle.
21.3 Procedure
21.3.1 Each jumper shall stand with both feet in a semicircle close to his team's own basket and one foot close to the center line of the circle.
21.3.2 The referee shall then toss the ball upwards (vertically) between the jumpers to a height greater than any jumper can reach.
21.3.3 After the ball has reached its highest point, it must be slapped with the hands of one or two jumpers.
21.3.4 A player of any jumping player shall not leave his position until the ball has been lawfully struck.
21.3.5 No jumper shall catch or touch the ball more than twice before the ball is touched by a non-jumper, or touches the ground, basket or rebound.
21.3.6 The body part of a non-jumping player must not be on or over a circle line (cylinder) until the ball has been legally struck.
21.3.7 If the ball has not been struck by one or both jumpers, or if the ball has not been struck by at least one jumper and touched the ground, the ball shall be re-jumped.
21.3.8 If an opposing team member is required to stand in one of these positions, the team member shall not stand in a circle.
21.3.9 If a designated jumper has to leave the match due to injury, has reached his 5th foul or has been disqualified, his substitute shall jump the ball.
If there is no active substitute, either player designated by the captain shall jump the ball.
Offences under clauses 21.3.l, 21.3.3, 21.3.4, 21.3.5 and 21.3.6 are offences.
Article 22 How to Play
22.1 In basketball, the ball can only be played with the hands.
22.2 It is an offence to run with the ball, deliberately kick or block the ball with any part of the leg, or punch the ball.
22.3 It is not an offence for the ball to accidentally touch the foot or leg, or for the foot or leg to accidentally touch the ball.
Article 23: Control of the ball
23.1 A player controls the ball when he or she is holding or dribbling or can handle a live ball.
23.2 A team controls the ball when a player of a team controls a live ball or when the ball passes between players of the same team.
23.3 It is the opposing team that continues to control the ball until it is possessed or the ball is dead, or the ball has left the player's hand in a shot or free throw.
Article 24 player is making a shooting motion
24.1 A player usually starts the ball before he leaves his hand and, in the judgment of the referee, he has started a scoring attempt when he has started a scoring attempt by throwing, dunking or slapping the ball at the opponent's basket. The shooting action continues until the ball leaves the hand of the shooting player. A player attempting to score may be grabbed by an opposing player's arm, preventing him from scoring as long as the referee thinks he is making a scoring attempt. In this case, the ball leaving the player's hand is not essential. (Rule modification: the original "although" is now changed to "only")
There is no link between the legal number of steps of the run and the action of shooting.
24.2In the case of a player who is in the air, the shot continues until the attempt is made (the ball leaves the player's hand) and the player's feet fall back to the ground.
However, when the ball has left the hands of the shooting player, the team ends in control of the ball.
24.3 A foul deemed to have occurred against a player who is making a shooting motion that, in the judgment of the referee, must have occurred after the continuous movement of the player's arms and/or body during the shooting attempt has begun. Continuous Movement:
・Starts when the ball stays in the player's hand and the shooting motion (usually upward) has begun.
・Must include arm and/or body movements of the player during the shooting attempt.
・If you do a completely new exercise, it will be closed.
If the criterion for continuous movement is as described above, the player is considered to be making a shooting motion.

25.1 Definitions
25.1.1 A ball within a basket is a ball in a basket when the ball is in the basket from above and stays in or through the basket.

25.2.2 If a player accidentally throws the ball into that team's own basket, the score shall be recorded as if the captain of the opposing team had scored.
25.2.3 If a player intentionally throws the ball into the basket of that team's own basket, it is a violation and the basket does not count as a score.

This also applies after a timeout after a basket or after a suspension of any game, after the referee has handed the ball to a player or placed the ball available to him.
26.2.2 The player who throws the ball into touch may move laterally and/or backward and/or pass the ball to a player of the same team standing on or behind the end line, provided that the 5 seconds count when the first player in touch is able to handle the ball.
26.2.3 After the ball has passed through the basket, the opposing player who throws the ball into touch must not touch the ball, touching the ball by accident or instinct is understandable, but if the throw into touch is delayed by interference with the ball after the initial warning, it is a technical foul.

26.4.2 Other team members shall not:
・Push any part of your body over the boundary before the ball has been thrown.
・When the area of the place where the ball is thrown into contact on the outside of the boundary line is less than 2 meters away from the obstacle, the player who is close to the place where the ball is thrown into touch must be within 1 meter.
