Subhumans

In the 41st millennium, those who were isolated on a planet and lived in extreme environments had to evolve or mutate to adapt to the environment, and their descendants evolved into subhumans. The term pen www.biquge.info comes from the term "misguided human", "abnormal human", or, unbiasedly, from the Latin term abhumanis, "from human". In empires, genetic mutation and mental corrosion are often seen as interconnected, and attitudes toward subhumans are often highly controversial in imperial conquests. In the 30th millennium, during the enlightened age of the reign of the Emperor of Man, even significantly alienated subhumans, such as the Beastmen, were able to serve in the Imperial forces. After Horus rebelled and the Emperor sat on the Golden Throne and went to a standstill, only subhumans with a low degree of mutation were able to enjoy Imperial citizenship, such as the Euglian apes and the Lettling Rats. However, in any corner of the Empire, they were still not trusted by the Puritan inquisitors and the faithful followers of the Empire's creed. At the end of the 41st year, Terra conquered 56 of the 73 different subhuman races declared extinct, and 12 more were on the verge of extinction due to lack of communication with the Empire's representatives. The following details are some of the most characteristic subhuman lineages within the empire

Navigator

The Navigators are mutants who have been chartered to exist by the Imperial Government, and their genes are unique to Puri's Navigator genes that originated in the dark ages of technology. All Navigators have a third eye on their foreheads, often referred to as the Subspace Eye, to ensure that they do not lose their minds when annotating the subspace. Using the "psionic light" emitted by the Star Torch as a stable reference point, the Navigators use the power of their third eye to guide humanity through the torrent of chaos. Their ability to perceive the waves of chaos is considered a psionic ability, but psionics have never been able to master any other psionic ability beyond interstellar navigation. Since the navigator gene is inherited from the times and not randomly generated, the emperor himself made a move to accommodate the navigator early in the 30th millennium of the Unification War, because the navigator and the powerful pilot aristocratic gatekeeper behind it were the key to the survival of the empire's commerce and defense. The Navigator all live in the Emperor's concession of Terra World City. The internal affairs of the Navigator Gate are known for their extreme intrigue and deceit.

Afriel Branch

The Soldiers of the Alfrell Branch are the product of an experiment with genetically modified warriors initiated by the Mechanics, and we know very little about them. All it is known is that the Cult of the Mechanicus wants to extract the genetic traits of the heroes of past human history and reshape these genes that made them great. The experiment was intended to create the perfect soldier, but it turned out to be a complete failure. The Alfrell warriors, for unknown reasons, have become one of the most unlucky of the human breed, so much so that some Monocists believe that their genetic makeup may have interacted with the subspace, altering the law of chance. The people of Alfrell have albinism, they have snowflake skin, pale hair, and colorless eyes.

Beastmen

Variatus (Latin for changing masculine verb conjugation) is a subhuman with horned, hairy, goat-like hooves. They used to serve in the Imperial Army, where they used their bloodthirsty nature to fight for the Emperor to atone for their original sin of being mutants. They are led by a beastman named the leader of the pack. Now, the "pure-blooded" beastmen are no longer visible in the ranks of humans, as the notable mutants only serve Chaos. There is no doubt that the Puritan Inquisitor persuaded the Beastmen of the Interior that it was impossible for the Beastmen to produce such a drastic mutation without the contamination of the forces of Chaos. In contrast to "purebloods", as cannon fodder and expendable assault troops, some Beastmen with a low degree of limb mutation are still allowed to serve in the Imperial Army.

Oglien Ape Man

These stupid human branches are called Euglian ape-men (gigantus is the Latin word for the giant adjective masculine conjugation, the development of the French novel Giants is Gargantua and Pantagruel) They evolved on a prison planet with high gravity and low temperatures, they are larger and more stupid than other sub-humans, but as long as they are taught the state religion of the Empire, they are undoubtedly the Empire. The Ape Man acts as a shock force in the Imperial Guard, and in order to fulfill this role, the Ape Man is often equipped with a Rip Snatch. Rip Grab is a very simple and easy-to-use weapon, but an ape-man outside the Empire may not even be able to use something so simple. The ape-man would often serve as a bodyguard for Imperial officers. Ape people are claustrophobic, so they are difficult to transport. They are led by representative "bone-headed" officers, who have undergone a neuro-strengthening surgery called Oglin Ape (commonly known as BONE treatment) that can raise their IQ to near normal human levels. Sometimes, if time is pressing, some imperial commanders don't have the patience to educate the newly enlisted ape soldiers, so they just give them a big stick and tell them to smash at the enemy with this.

Lightlyn Rat Man

Lightlyndlings are short, noisy, hungry, and extremely subhumans who are generally the most sniper in the Guard, and they are gifted for this. Lettling also worked as a cook in the Imperial Guard, a skill they inevitably learned in order to fill their bottomless stomachs. They also have kleptomatic tendencies, as reports of theft and illegal gambling increase significantly from the commissar whenever they are assigned to a faction, company, or legion. One of them, named the Ratman World, was Ornsworld, which Abaddon attacked during the Gothic Wars. Like the ape-men, the nezumi are mutated branches of humanity designed to adapt to life in underground tunnels due to the harsh surface environment. Due to their size, they are often ridiculed by mainstream human soldiers, but more than one soldier has been saved by the nezumen's superb marksmanship.

Space dwarves

Space dwarves (rotundus Latin adjective archetype) come from high-gravity mining planets very close to the center of the galaxy, causing them to be short, muscular, and tough. Their world split from the empire during the apostasy era, but they have since returned to the empire as an autonomous but noble world. Space dwarves are talented engineers and are known for their vengeances, especially for orcs. In battle, they attack the enemy under the cover of super-heavy artillery such as Leviathan and Colossus. In 41 millennia, they were exterminated by the Tyranids.

Glandular war veteran

The Glandular War Veterans were created to defend against the invasion of the highly polluted planet Dantis III by the Tyranids. The Techno-cleric cleric of the Cult of Mechanicus improved several regiments of the 23rd Imperial Guard Regiment in Rostock so that they could fight in these hellish conditions. Many organs and glands secreting drugs were transplanted into their bodies so that they could survive in Denistan without being protected by equipment. Their fighting ability and physical aggressiveness have also been enhanced through genetic improvement. Thanks to their massive losses in the Dennis III defense, the world was saved. Only three glandular warriors survived, and they were taken by the Inquisition for research and questioning.

Night dwellers

Nocturnal dwellers are subhumans who live in extreme darkness. The reason for this is either because its star is too faint, or its moon is too far away from the main star, or because the planet's autobiographical is extremely slow, so one side of the planet is always on the far side of the sun. Nocturnal dwellers may have eyes larger than normal humans, literally dead light bulbs; Others may have degraded their strength and instead compensated for their blindness by enhancing their other senses.

Other subhumans

The following subhumans have been documented by the Ministry of the Interior, but it is no longer possible to provide details of their existence.

The Tros (verdantus Latin for green) is a subhuman born and raised in the world of Vodant, who has been unable to leave this week due to over-specialization in order to adapt to their environment. The empire knows almost nothing about them.

Elongatus (Latin for high place) - These subhumans have been mutated to live on low-gravity planets, they are tall, slender, and emaciated. They found it nearly impossible for them to survive in other environments where gravity was greater than that of their original planet.

Sea people also adapted to the environment of living in the ocean through evolution or genetic transformation during the dark ages of technology. These habitable worlds are almost entirely covered in liquid water. They have gills and lungs, and webbed hands and feet have evolved. They are common in these marine worlds, but people elsewhere don't know anything about them.

Cat man (hirsutus means long hair in Latin, meow ~~~~!!!) It is unknown whether they are the indigenous inhabitants of Carlos McNair's world, whether they are due to the biological needs of adapting to their environment, the genetic modification of the dark ages of technology, or the manipulation of the previous empire, but the vast majority of the empire knows nothing about them. Cat people have the genome of the cats on Earth, and they have many characteristics of the feline family, such as short hair covering the whole body, long canine teeth of felines, and agility and grace beyond ordinary humans.

.

Neanderthals are descendants of the original humans on the planet Hainos IV. They adapted to the high gravity and cold conditions here. For example, they have grown hair and stronger bones and muscles, but it also makes it difficult for them to leave the planet. For this, the vast majority of the empire knew nothing about them.
