Prototype Quiz 007

Since its debut in 1979, Mobile Suit Gundam has become one of the most famous, enduring and massive, and profitable series of Japanese anime.

"Mobile Suit Gundam 0079" is known as the three major milestones of Japanese sci-fi animation, along with "Space Battleship Yamato" and "Neon Genesis Evangelion" (EVA).

Before BANDAI was officially sold in Chinese mainland, Gundam's translation in mainland China was influenced by Hong Kong to translate as "Gundam", but when Bandai registered its name when it entered Chinese mainland, it was found that the word "Gundam" had already been registered, so it was renamed "Gundam".

In the early 80s, the name of the Steelbullet Warrior broadcast in Taiwan has always been called Steelball.

However, BANDAI has decided to re-launch the name "Gundam" in September 2017, addressing the grievances of Gundam fans for so many years.
