You don't have any dantian now, so you have divided the upper, middle and lower dantians, so how can you do it?

Because this Dan has to fly all over your body, and it depends on where it lands in the end. Falling in this place, the seed of Dan went down, and this location is called Dantian. If it falls on the hand, it is called Lao Gong Dan, palm Dan, and if it falls in the throat, it is Hanxia Dan. It is impossible for everyone to be under the navel, it is all upper, middle and lower dantian. So if you continue like this, Dan's true meaning will be hidden.

Zhou Tian is a prominent phrase in the secret method of Daomen Danding, which belongs to the term "hidden secret".

The original meaning of "Xiao Zhoutian" refers to the inner realm of the 24 major veins in the human body, which is a small world that follows the human body, and "Da Zhoutian" refers to the "integration of three talents", which follows the great heaven and earth of the universe and integrates the external realm between heaven and earth.

Therefore, "Little Zhoutian" is the realm of "Danqi Zhoutian" after "Jiedan", and "Da Zhoutian" is the realm of "Shenqi Zhoutian" after "rebirth".

Nowadays, some people say that the floating yang qi produced in the early stage of practice - the hot qi, and the heat sensation realm generated when circulating the body surface is the big and small Zhoutian, that is, the one who follows the appointment and the supervisor is the small Zhou, and the one who follows the whole body is the big Zhou, and it is no wonder that some people who are sensitive to the meridians have opened up the big and small Zhoutian in a few days or even dozens of days after practicing the exercises, which is a mistake and a serious misunderstanding.

Hot Qi Circulation, is the initial movement of Yang Qi, floating Yang Qi floats away from the surface, and is a kind of preliminary practice realm that leads through the floating meridians, and this realm, which is customarily called "initial movement", is the preliminary kung fu of the Qi Channel. The "Jin Dan" mentioned by the Daomen Nei Dan School is a reference metaphor for the alchemy of the Wai Dan School, and now the qigong classics refer to it as a pronoun of essence, qi and god, and some people think that it is a "hot air mass", so what does "Jin Dan" mean?

The "golden pill" mentioned by Daomen Danding is a kind of cultivator's own realm-based feeling, which is neither the floating yang qi of the "hot air mass", nor the great medicine used for alchemy—essence, qi, and spirit.

Since Dandingmen is one of the five secret methods, many connotations cannot be disclosed, especially the connotations of the kung fu realm, and it is not suitable for beginners to predict, so it is understandable to have various speculations, and this can only be explained in general.

"Jin Dan", Jin Yuan means not bad, Dan, here refers to transformation, that is, it is no longer the original quality. The term Jin Dan always refers to the sublimation or production of an incorruptible body that is not the original form and essence from the treatment of the form and spirit after the human body exercises the essence, qi and spirit.

This kind of incorruptible body, both round and headless, shapeless, more golden, colorful and thousand-ended, so the name or borrowing the name of "Jindan", kung fu cultivation of this realm, can feel it. Before the kung fu arrives, even if there is a chance to understand this middle metaphor, or even to gain insight into the inner scene, it is not beneficial, but only to increase the illusion of the subconscious, how can it help? Therefore, the Danding Sect has always been very secret about the cultivation of mantras and the realm of merit, especially the realm of Jindan Gong, and those who have not attained the "holy womb" are strictly forbidden to get involved.

Some people say that because Jindan is golden, it is called Jindan, and they also say that they can see it, is this saying correct? At the beginning of Jindan, if there is nothing, if there is outside, sometimes gather and sometimes disperse, sometimes appear and sometimes hidden, scorching and light, one always exists, it is impossible to argue with the naked eye. If you see it with your eyes, whether you open or close your eyes, it is an illusion. Jindan does not have a certain color in smelting, because when refining and transporting, it is based on consciousness, so the individual difference is very large at the beginning. The alchemy scriptures of the "Little Danmen" in later generations, such as the Heart Seal Sutra and the Five Spiritual Texts, all believe that Dan is "neither white nor green". But this refers to the general light color of Dan in the Ding.

After waiting for "Shangding" and "Feidan", the color will change with different heat and perception, and after "Dan is ripe", it will also change due to factors such as kung fu level and heaven and earth qi. For this reason, Dandingmen specially passed on how to identify Danse in different periods to distinguish the heat and skill.

If the word "gold" is referred to as golden, this is a hypothesis of Wangwen Shengyi, beginners should not take it seriously, so as not to give birth to self-suggestion due to preconceived subconscious, which will affect the introspection of normal kung fu!
