Chapter 172: Emotional Problems
How do emotional problems come about?
Any emotion is a kind of energy, especially for children, some innate fear, undesirable anger, disappointed sadness, are just a natural flow of life energy, it will come, it will definitely go. The bad is bad for the parents on these
The attitude of the natural flow of energy in the child. These negative and suppressed emotions, like your sadness and fear, remain in our bodies, as if they are locked in a cage, stuck in our bodies. These energies have a special name called the 'pain body'.
This body of suffering is a self-contained energy field within our body, with its own life force. It feeds on pain, and if you don't feed it the food it wants, it creates something to generate the emotions it needs to survive. It needs a variety of different peptides to nourish it. (If you do something over and over again, physiologically speaking, some of our nerve cells have a long-term, fixed relationship with each other, for example, if you get angry every day, you feel frustrated, you are miserable every day, then you are wiring and integrating that neural network every day.) This becomes an emotional pattern for you. What's worse is that when we feel something emotionally at the physical level or at the brain level, our hypothalamus immediately assembles a chemical called a "peptide" that travels with the blood to every cell in our body and is picked up by thousands of receptors around the cell. Over time, the receptors develop a specific appetite for a certain peptide and produce hunger. So if you don't get angry for a long time, your cells will make you want to lose your temper physically. )
How can this addiction to peptides be eliminated?
First of all, write down a passage that I have to read and write every day – I see that I am seeking the painful feeling of being abused, and I accept it wholeheartedly and let go of the need for it.
How to crack the mood disorder?
Surrender to what is, to surrender to what has happened. Emotionally, you have to accept what has happened. Then, for the things that can be changed, you can still do your best to turn the tide. But whatever your choice, you must surrender to it. Because the truth is the greatest, because what has happened cannot be changed. The biggest reason why we all suffer is because we resist the facts. Faced with the fact that you have a lot of choices, no matter what your choice is, you don't need to mix with negative emotions. The first step in surrender is to see your own resistance, and to see that your resistance is futile and useless.
All the events that happen to us are a gift that has been carefully packaged. As long as we are willing to face its sometimes ugly packaging, with patience and courage to unpack it little by little, we will be pleasantly surprised to see the gifts hidden inside.
The advantage of surrender is that when you accept the present moment and don't waste your energy to fight in vain, things often take an unexpected turn, and you realize that the original struggle is really in vain. And, because you are fully focused on what is in front of you, sometimes you will find a better solution to help you get out of the situation in front of you, or a situation that you don't like.
Therefore, the most important way to solve emotional barriers is surrender.
This is a world of dualities, we are a whole human being, and it is impossible to have only one side and no other. No matter how capable a person is, no matter how perfect a person is, there will be places where he is not strong enough to catch. But if you are instilled with the ideal that you must be able from a young age, then the things that you can't do, the things that you lack in ability, will definitely be denied and suppressed by you, so all those qualities that are not allowed will be suppressed in our subconscious. But they are an energy that does not disappear because you do not admit its existence, and these things are what the psychologist Carl Jung called "shadows", the inner qualities that we deny, suppress, and resist.
