Heaven and Earth Reiki is a general term for a collection of substances mixed with various attributes and types of "qi", and the aura of yin and yang and the five elements included in it is composed of the corresponding elements. For example, the fire attribute aura in the aura of heaven and earth is composed of the fire element.

Under normal circumstances, except for the spiritual veins where the spiritual energy gathers like the Yutai Mountain Range where Tianyi Sect is located, the content of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth in the air of ordinary places is not high, and it can only be cultivated, and it is often a mixture of spiritual energy of many attributes, and further refinement is needed when cultivating.

It's just relative, in a place where there are more elements of a certain element, the aura of a certain attribute accounts for a higher proportion, for example, in a place where the water system is dense, the proportion of water attribute aura is higher, in the land of forest and grassland, the wood attribute aura is the most, and in the high temperature area, there is more fire attribute aura. Of course, generally speaking, on the land, the most common and more common in the world is the earth attribute aura, because the land is almost everywhere. And in the sea, it is almost the world of water attribute aura.

However, there are also very few heaven and earth alien realms in this world, and in that abnormal environment, there may be only two or three attribute auras coexisting, or even a single attribute aura converging independently. For example, the craters that are relatively common in these exotic realms are the coexistence of the two attributes of earth and fire, and occasionally mixed with metallic aura. Generally speaking, when conducting the first cultivation during the Qi refining period, almost any exercise has "Reiki Induction" as the first step.

The aura induction is divided into two parts, the first part is to feel the aura of heaven and earth scattered in the air from the environment in which the cultivator is located. The second part is to sense the aura corresponding to the attributes of the exercises to be practiced in the mixed aura of heaven and earth.

Only by sensing the aura corresponding to the exercise first, can it be connected with the spiritual root corresponding to the same attributes, so as to carry out the next step of absorbing the aura, if it is successfully introduced into the dantian, it is called "qi through the dantian".

Then, the absorbed aura is quenched and purified in the dantian, and then the refined aura is urged to run along a specific meridian path, merge with itself, and then return to the dantian for storage. In this process, the aura is fused with its own essence before it can be used for oneself.

Under normal circumstances, the running route of the aura of different exercises is actually similar, and the differences in the exercises are mainly reflected elsewhere, such as the method of refining and purifying the aura, and the method of using the aura, that is, the secret art attached to the exercise, which is generally caused by the difference in these aspects in the grade of the exercise.

Regarding the running path of Reiki, among the various exercises in the cultivation realm that focus on Reiki cultivation, the most common and classic running route is to make Reiki circulate in the two veins of Ren and Du. That is, to urge the aura to start circulating from the lower dantian, through the perineum, through the valley road, along the spine against the pulse upwards, through the tail lube, the spine, the jade pillow three passes, to the top of the head mud pill palace, and then from the two ears and cheeks to the parting path, meet at the tip of the tongue, and then connect with the Ren pulse, along the middle of the chest and abdomen downward run, and finally return to the dantian, for a circular operation.

Most of the exercises run along this path, and even if they are different, they are basically just a few subtle differences in acupuncture points, but there are also a very small number of exercises that run a completely different path. However, no matter what kind of exercises, if they are in the Qi refining period, there will not be too many meridians and acupuncture points involved in the operation of the aura, and the scope is relatively small, all of which are in a small part of the meridians in the human body, as long as they form a circulation. Compared to the high and profound realm of the Divine Soul Realm, the aura penetrates into the Great Zhou Tian operation of all the meridians and acupuncture points all over the body, which is still thousands of miles away, so the circulation of one week is called a small Zhou Tian.

In the process of running a small week, where the aura passes, the self-essence existing in the meridians will automatically merge into a part of it, which is equivalent to marking it with a private mark, and collecting the ownerless qi that originally belonged to heaven and earth into the individual's body. Therefore, the process from the absorption of qi into the dantian for quenching and purification, and then to the operation of the spiritual qi in Xiao Zhoutian, this process is also called refining qi into the body.

The reason why the cultivation realm defines the first realm of cultivation as the Qi refining period is because the cultivation at this stage is actually very simple to say, that is, constantly repeating the process of refining the spiritual energy, the Xiao Zhou Tian cycle. After refining to a sufficient amount, the aura will cause qualitative changes due to quantitative changes, and it will be further compressed into spiritual liquid in the dantian, as long as this phenomenon appears, it means that the cultivation has stepped into the next great realm, that is, building the foundation, and then you can start this stage of cultivation.

According to the needs of different exercises, the amount of spiritual energy refining corresponding to the first, middle and last three small realms of the Qi refining period is also different. Generally speaking, the higher the level of exercises, the higher the efficiency of refining aura, and the better the quality of refining aura, so the less aura needs to be refined in each layer of small realms, and the speed of advancing to the foundation building realm is also faster.

When it comes to the image of the five elements, the water is said to be moist, the fire is said to be hot, the wood is said to be straight, the gold is said to be from the leather, and the soil is said to be the grain...... The land of the five elements has a different status, but where the earth is, there is very little unique existence, and there are all the elements of gold, wood, water and fire in or on it, so it is said that the earth contains the four elements...... It is also said that all things are born from the earth and perish from the earth, and the earth is the mother of all things...... Where the five elements are used, they must be reconciled with the soil in the middle......"

It was these prominent earth attributes that had a special position in the Five Elements that made He Lingfeng make a decision, and moreover, the Earth Attribute Aura was originally the most common and relatively more attribute Qi in the Five Elements, and it was easier and easier to sense and cultivate than other attributes, so it was even more determined in his choice.

According to the above, the soil of the five elements has the characteristics of biochemistry, long-term nourishment, bearing, and acceptance. Earth-attribute aura has some of the same characteristics as earth, such as heavy, calm, etc., so earth-attribute aura generally sinks to the ground.

The simplest and most effective way is to touch the ground with both hands and visualize oneself as one with the land, so as to realize the characteristics of the earth. Then use this to sense the aura of the earth attribute, at this time, you need to keep sinking your mind and connect with the ground.

He Lingfeng thought of this, so he got up and left the big stone he had meditated on, came to the land next to the woods and sat down, and according to his method, he also put his palms on the ground in front of him.

In fact, stone is also a change of the earth attribute element, but it is the first time he feels the soil attribute, and he can't feel it directly from the advanced form of stone, but needs to feel it from its basic form, that is, ordinary soil.
