However, he finally succeeded in descending the Dan, and practiced the first step of the Taoist Nine Turning Dan Secret Method contained in the "Huang Ting Jing". The mouthful of liquid in his mouth is the "jade liquid" that Taoists talk about, which is the true qi in the body, which is fundamentally different from the liquid saliva in his mouth.

"The mouth is the jade tooth Taihe Palace, the gargling spirit liquid disaster is not dry, the body is full of glory and Qi Xianglan, but it destroys the hundred evil jade and refines the face. Wang Chan silently recited a scripture in the Huang Ting Sutra in his heart, only visualizing all his spirit in his body, and ignoring all the abnormalities on his body.
Close your lips tightly, knock your teeth thirty-six times, and carry them nine times as before, each time like a jewel ding dong, swimming in the chest and abdomen, and finally the brain rushes to the bottom of the sea, and rushes straight into the back and spine from the bottom up. Too long and strong, the life gate, the big vertebrae, the wind house, and finally bypass the hundred meetings, gather on the face, stop at the gingival intercourse, and since then the two veins of the governor have all been connected.
After more than half an hour, Wang Chan breathed out a breath of air, only to feel the left flank shaken, slightly sound, a hot gas across the dantian, straight into the right flank, its heat like fire, shaken for a long time before disappearing, meditate inward, it can be seen that there is "a pearl, like the shape of a fire wheel" under the left flank slowly rotated, a harmonious silence between heaven and earth.
This Taoist Nine Turns Dan Method, directly acting on the five internal organs of the human body, although powerful, but the cultivation is full of dangers, different from Wang Chan in the past to practice martial arts, purely to drive all parts of the body, urge the essence of the life, decomposed into the inner family of the true strength, used to condense the inner Dan, is fast, once there is an achievement, the work of a hundred is worth his more than 20 years of hard work, but the danger, only those who have experienced it have experienced.

The "Nine Turns of the Dan Returning Method" in this sutra has a total of three steps, one is to "build the foundation of a hundred days" is to descend the Dan, intercourse, nourish yang energy, and penetrate the two most important meridians in front of and behind the body as a channel.
The second step is called "refining oneself and getting reborn", which is the kung fu of raising yin qi and changing bones and flesh, which is similar to the means of refining the muscles and bones and blood in the boxing method.
The third step is purely a method of polishing the surname, which is to "return to the basics". First of all, we must start on all the subtleties that the five internal organs and six internal organs, ordinary true qi can not exercise, and then sprout the Danhuo, quench the true essence, so that the communication between the heart and the kidney can be reconciled and separated, so that you can wash away the lead and return to the innate from the acquired, and finally reach the realm of "swallowing a golden pill into the abdomen, and knowing that my life is not up to the sky".
It's just that the highest realm of the Nine Turns of the Dan Law is to form an inner Dan, refine and refine the qi, and there are many mystical realms above it, which are also called supernatural powers in Taoism. Although I don't know whether it's true or not, my intention has been much higher than that of boxing and martial arts.
But whether it is polishing the life surname, or refining and returning the Dan, the cultivation of Taoism is to start with health and qi training, even if it is formed into an inner Dan, there is an innate realm, if you don't know the way of technical attack, its power alone is not necessarily as domineering as boxing and martial arts. Only a boxing master like Wang Chan can combine the magic of Taoism on the basis of intensive study of martial arts, complement each other, and greatly shorten the pace of his own innate step.
